Exchange Policy
Size or Colour Changes
Customers may request a size or colour exchange within 14 days of receiving their order.
Exchange Procedure
- The customer must return the item in unused, undamaged condition and in its original packaging.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement item.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the exchange is required due to an error made by Vernno (e.g., wrong item or incorrect size shipped).
- Outbound shipping for the replacement item is handled by us unless stated otherwise.
Availability of Replacement Items
If the requested size or colour is out of stock, the customer may choose between:-
- A full refund
- A store credit voucher of equivalent value
Example
If a customer orders shoes in size 42 but needs size 43 instead, they may request an exchange and only pay the return shipping cost, unless the initial shipment contained an error attributable to Vernno.
